Project Management
The server and storage infrastructures are installed by i³ groep as projects with a fixed definition of activities. Standards like Prince2, PMI or IPMA are applied during the project management execution. A clear framework is created as a result of these renowned project methods within which the implementation services are carried out. You also have the option of using experienced project managers for other ICT infrastructure related services, like moving data centres and/or migration projects.
Installation and implementation
The server and storage infrastructures are installed by i³ groep consultants, possibly together with the manufacturer’s technical specialists. Installation is done in accordance with regulations from the technology owner, fine-tuned in line with the end user’s requirements and intended use. This results in a robust infrastructure which links into the existing ICT design and which is ready for future use. A logical or functional implementation follows on from the physical installation. Data migration, server virtualisation, back-up design and replication can all be part of the project.
Our technical specialists would take great pleasure in carrying out the installation and implementation. A project manager will discuss the approach plan with you and the project will subsequently be rolled out in accordance with a standard project methodology.
